Item Edit - Clearing Invoice # on Tab Through

If you edited an existing item record and used the tab key to advance through the fields from vendor to vendor style it would clear the invoice number.

Stones - Color Displaying as Number in Lists

When looking at stones in an item list view, the stone color/hue was displaying as a number (short value) instead of fully spelled out (long value). The lists will now display the full color/hue name.

Vendor Note Pop-Up - Not Popping

If you created a vendor note and set it to pop-up it would not actually pop-up anywhere. These notes will now pop-up when that vendor is selected during Special Order intake or when creating a Purchase Order.

Job Sheet Print - Missing Notes

Notes added on the Notes tab of a service job were not printing on the job sheet.

Balances Report - Showing $0 Credit Memos for Used Referral Credits

If a customer earned a Credit Memo as the result of giving our a Referral Card and then used that credit, the Credit Memo would contiue to show on the balances report with a $0 balance forever.

Item Add - Save and New Error

In some cases, if the item record you were viewing had Website tab data and you clicked Save and New to add a new item you would receive the error 'Could not find row. Number of rows saved: 0.'

Receipt - Memo Out Extra Dollar Sign

When doing a Memo Out transaction at POS, the deposit field on the receipt was printing with an extra dollar sign that was overlapping the amount.

Customer Activity - Service Jobs with Multiple Images not Displaying

Service jobs that have multiple images associated with them were not displaying any image when listed under Customer Activity.

Social Contact Methods - Go To Social Wrong Address

If you added a Social Contact to a customer and then used the Go To Social button to open it up in a browser, the software was using the social address for the store (this is inputted when you create your Social types) rather than the social address for the customer.

In Stock On Report - itSerialNumber Error

Running this report would result in an error.

Rewards - Generate ID without Card

In some cases, using the Generate From ID button to activate rewards for a customer without issuing a physical card would try to assign a previously used number. The system did warn that the number was already in use. It will now give out unique numbers each time this button is used.

Customer Display - Show In Stock Filter not Showing Items

Using the Customer Display, if you clicked on the Wish tab and selected the In Stock filter it would not display any wishes.
