New Report

Renumbered Items Report

Found under Reports > Inventory > Renumbered Items, this new report was added to help make managing recategorized Items easier than ever. Using the same Item filter with Group/Sort By options as other Inventory reports, you can now see a report of all your recategorized Items that match your desired criteria.

Please note that this report will only show the LAST category move per Item. This is due to the fact that only the previous Item Number is stored on the Item Record.

Double-Click Item Number

Double-clicking the Item number on an Item record will now automatically copy the Item number to your clipboard. This addition will help cut the time for completing tasks by eliminating the possibility for error caused by manually copying numbers into Edge fields.

System Options

Mass Vendor Style Change

A new Inventory System Option was added giving you the ability to turn off the pop-up message that would ask if all other instances of the same Vendor Style # should also be modified when changing an Item's Vendor Style #. This option is set to False by default, and can be updated manually by going to Admin > System Options > Inventory Options.

Showing Returns Report Excluding Returns When Associate is Selected

Items that were returned were being excluded from the Sold Showing Returns report if a specific associate was selected. Excluded items would show when the report was run for all associates.

Video Properties Missing with Video Attached to Item on 32Bit

Exclusive to those running 32bit Edge: When attaching a video to an item, the option to view video properties for that video was missing.

The history on Assembled items was not displaying Consumed item information.

Descriptions on Statements not Updating After Changes Made

If 1 or more items were put on Layaway and one of those items was either Picked up or Canceled, the description for that Canceled/Sold item was still appearing in the description of the statement.

In some scenarios, Edge was allowing a duplicated wish list item leading to issues interpreting wish list sales/commission information when reviewing the Commission report.
